I am a highly motivated self-starter with a dedication to excellence. My entrepreneurial spirit led me to follow my passion for music where I built, owned, ran and sold several recording businesses. This afforded me the opportunity to travel and gain international experience working as a producer, composer and engineer with incredible people and teams along the way for bands, brands and institutions like Coca-Cola, Pepsi Co, Lays, Banana Republic, GAP, Red Bull, Sony BMG, EMI Middle East, OH GOD, HOKUM, Pitch Black Afro, Lonehill Estate, Caracas, REEBURTH, SAE Institute & NYU to name a few. Since moving to Canada my longing for the food culture that I grew up in led me to pursue a career in the food industry. I am able to bring a unique perspective and experience in a wide array of businesses to the running of a successful kitchen This fresh perspective has allowed me to advance quickly through the ranks of the kitchen. I am currently working on a book series entitled "A South African in Canada" as well as pursuing freelance music projects.
