I have been fortunate to have worked in the Film Industry for 15+ years as a Production Sound Mixer. I have recorded Feature Films and TV Movies from Horror, Action-Adventure and Family Dramas to Mysteries and Westerns. Each film has its own challenges, but the end result is the same; I get to capture half of the actor’s performance. When I can hear the crackle in the voice of an actor delivering an emotional line, or have to stifle a laugh in a comedy, I know that I have played my part in the team of filmmakers that makes up each project. As the head of the Sound Department, I also like to create an atmosphere of collaboration with my own department as well. At the University of California, Irvine, I studied Film History and Production. I completed the MFA program in Screenwriting at The American Film Institute. The films I have recorded include “Suicide Kings,” “Permanent Midnight,” and the NBC mini-series “The Storm,” and “Meteor”, as well as the Blumhouse / Hulu Original Series "Into The Dark".
