After many years of working directly with people in diverse professional settings, I am seeking to leverage my experience within the field of Construction / Real State - (Deficiency Specialist -Warranty & Customer Care Representative). During the past years I've been working in Residential/Commercial development business as a deficiency specialist, handling a variety of large projects for developer firms and private residences and am very experienced with construction processes, use of tools, CRM/Construction Punching List Software, equipment, and materials. I have supervised teams successfully with outstanding supervisory and delegation skills that bring quality results within deadline time frames. I currently hold a position as a Customer Service Representative - Deficiency Coordinator, employed by Bosa Properties. I am always looking for the best opportunity to keep growing; both, in a personal level, as in the professional field and I am confident that my knowledge, enthusiasm, strong work ethic and organizational/communications skills are an asset to accomplish my goals within this field.
