About Me

Construction worker. Silk-screening technician. Crab fisherman. Cinematographer. What do those occupations have in common? They all have a story to tell. Every client has a vision. Each captured moment is part of a scene which is part of a story. As a cinematographer, I am always looking at lighting, framing, composition, and shadows, all of which come together to tell your story. I have spent years growing in the film industry and I bring my experience to every project. In no particular order, here are some of the fine companies I have worked for: Disney Channel, Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Line, ABC, ESPN, Fox Sports, Golf Channel, truTV, SpikeTV, EA Sports, M3 Creative, Comedy Central, PBS, Universal Studios, CNN, and Warner Bros. As director of photography, I managed a four camera team that included a 30-foot jib, steadicam op, and two handhelds all working in unison to capture the recorded segments for the live finale of "Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway" at Universal Orlando. I juggled the tasks of three roles – 3rd Camera Operator, First AC, and DIT – while working on Season 1 of FYI’s “Outback Nation with Jamie Duree”. While filming “The Daily Show with Jon Stewart” for Comedy Central, I swam with manatees in order to film Al Madrigal conducting interviews with them. In Alaska, I hiked up a mountain for three miles with all of my camera gear to film an interview for a Human Resources video for Disney Cruise Line. No matter what the job entails, I will do whatever is necessary to capture your vision. I will immerse myself in your story and bring my positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for what I do. Construction worker. Silk-screening technician. Crab fisherman. Cinematographer. What do those occupations have in common? Me. My diverse professional background has made me who I am today. I never thought I would have the opportunity to earn a living doing what I love.
