Hi there! I'm Hilary. I'm a holistic nutritionist, a personal chef and the founder of The Rooted Table. The Rooted Table is a bespoke personal cheffing service In Vancouver, BC and surrounding areas. As passionate personal holistic chefs, our team nourishes our clients to the fullest so they can have more time and space to spend building a life they love. We also work with brands as food stylists and recipe developers to help bring their product or service to centre stage. As a chef, I find inspiration in pops of colour, the beauty of the natural world and the multitudinous stories behind people and places in food. I'd love to connect!
