Hello, my name is Hritika Kaushik, and I work as a Jr. Loan Specialist for Canada Drives. I love to work on tangible projects where I help other people, which got me interested in the financial sector where I assist individuals looking for a personal loan. I have great experience in customer-centric roles working in the retail and staffing industry where I actively listened to customers to identify their requirements. My strengths include dealing with figures and drawing practical judgements. During my Business Management Diploma from BCIT, I gained hands-on training in reading a company’s financial statements, understanding its financial ratios to analyze its book value and market value. It included courses like accounting, finance for business management, business mathematics, microeconomics, and macroeconomics. My passion is being able to make a difference, whether it be small or of any significance. I believe knowledge is power and we can always improve ourselves as professionals and as human beings.
