I have been a professional cook for about 20 years. After starting out in small restaurants and pubs I have moved on to exploring different cultures through their cuisines and moving into more managerial roles. After learning more about what food is and where it comes from, my goal for the near future is to work for a company who's views closley match my own; Those being the humane treatment of food animals and striving to find more healthful and nutritious locally grown product. Specialties: West Coast Modern cuisine, French cuisine, Turkish cuisine and Mexican cuisine
