About Me

I graduated in Culinary Arts at De La Salle University- Lipa, Philippines last March 2015. In this two-year program, I underwent both lectures and hands-on training which made me well-trained with different cuisines such as American Cuisine, Filipino Cuisine and allEuropean Cuisines. I am also honed in the preparation of appetizers, entrees, and desserts. I am competent enough to work in the Industry since I already have experienced for more than 5 years in a hotel/ fine dining in which I was a line cook. Competence and professionalism are my nature. Through my perception of the culinary field and my education, I could be appropriate for the job I intend to apply for. I am already honed in my home country but I still want to experience more in the culinary field. I have a great passion when it comes to working inside the kitchen and I have the right discipline in order to maintain a peaceful working environment.
