For the last 10 years I have progressed into leading diversified teams across Canada providing technical customer service support. I have project managed complex projects, from cradle to grave for customers from international corporations, government agencies, and local enterprises. My strength is my ability to anticipate and address any potential operational challenges including: technical, human resources, scheduling, billing, and communicating with all stakeholders while ensuring projects meet deadlines. My strength is my ability to see the big picture of what needs to be done and then create the path to execute the projects ensuring clear line of communication with all parties involved from the customer, to management, internal departments and external organization. As a lifelong learner I am constantly seeking ways to enhance and improve corporate service to customers while maintaining, retaining and engaging a motivated workforce. Presently in Banking, I am am continually seeking opportunities as a Manager, Team Lead, Business Analyst or an Project Management Coordinator within organizations that require motivated, driven leaders.
