I have been working as a bartender for over 7 years. My career started from a traditional fine bar in Kyoto,Japan. I learned traditional japanese bartending at the bar. Then I came to Canada to learn western (Canadian) style bartending. Now, I am working at the bar in Vancouver which was nominated for Canada’s best 100 bar. So I can combine delicate and elegant Japanese style bartending with dynamic and speedy Canadian style bartending into my style .
