I am the Research Administrator for the Data Science Institute (DSI) at UBC. I manage the various research programs within the DSI and the UBC Data Science for Social Good (DSSG) Program. My background (PhD) is in immunology, and I spent time as a hematopoetic stem cell researcher and as a grants facilitator for large-scale strategic research grants.
