I'm currently acting as the Head of Growth UX (Interim) at Shopify. I lead an incredible design organization of 60+ crafters in content design, product research and product design. For the last 2 years, I've been building a content organization across the growth team that operates on a comprehensive portfolio ranging from organic growth, early funnel engagement, customer retention, marketing and new product expansion. -- Throughout my career, writing has been a constant thread. As the lead of a content organization working on growth, my team of senior content designers, editors and content marketers write in both product and marketing contexts to ensure we communicate clearly and convert visitors into users for Shopify. Previously, I wrote the daily newsletter at Product Hunt, and I led partnerships and PR for Later.com. I'm a social media, marketing and writing instructor and a conference speaker.
