With 15+ year of experience in the service industry, starting as a bartender at a young age give me the opportunity to learn to love the industry and most importantly awoke my interest for the kitchen, which i have been doing since 2010 at Roundel Café and in 2017 created a catering and private chef services company called Bad Hombre in collaboration with another two chefs, working from small events to festivals and weddings.
