The Joy Of Cooking.. describes my cooking beliefs,having fun and thinking outside the box.Using the most fresh,and sustainable of ingredients in creating the most classic of dishes with a zest or flare if you will . The basic fundamentals of cooking has always been my biggest tool . Cooking items to perfection but keeping it simple..and making the eyes hungry.Using the skills i have learned in the many hours of pain and glory, from some of what i consider the most talented chefs to ever work with.Started like many IN "THE PIT" paid my dues, worked my way up to management level and learned the business side of food .Kamloops was berry berry good to me. Long LIVE KELLY O'BRYANS great memories . On to vancouver where i hit the prime of my carer ,private club circut for many years .treated outstanding as far as industry standards are concerned . Was fortunate enough to work for the great people at Aramark at Rogers Arena. cooking for theVancouverCanucks was a dream come true. Found my niche in banquet style cooking.
