I'm Michelle. I have 10 years of experience in the accounting field, I bring a dynamic, analytical, and detail-oriented approach to bookkeeping and financial management. My extensive background includes working with both bookkeeping and CPA firms across the United States and Canada, where I gained expertise in various industries including non-profit organizations, restoration , e-commerce, and service-based businesses.
I'm highly proficient in managing the full accounting cycle and have hands-on experience with end-to-end bookkeeping. My experience includes documenting all transactions; working on the invoices; managing/ tracking Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables; importing transactions from excel to accounting software; categorizing transactions; reconciling invoices/bank/ credit card transactions/ balance sheet; maintaining chart of accounts; creating journal entries and adjustments if needed; and, preparing Financial Statements like P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements. My technical skills includes knowledge of accounting software platforms such as Xero, QuickBooks Online (QBO), Zoho Books, and Wave Accounting. I'm also adept in manual accounting and bookkeeping using Excel. I hold certifications as a QBO Pro Advisor and a Xero Advisor, which further enhance my ability to deliver accurate and timely financial records.
In addition to my strong accounting skills, I possess a solid foundation in payroll processing, payroll taxes, and business income tax filings within the Philippine tax framework. I also have basic knowledge of US tax laws, tax forms, and entities. My business degree, along with my certification as a bookkeeper, supports my ability to contribute effectively to your team.

it is automatically open for booking at any available time. If your service price is non-negotiable, then someone can book that service without your confirmation. If the price is negotiable, you will have to approve each time the booking request.
This calendar can be enabled or disabled at any time, but all the services that has been booked should be provided.
