Sales and Marketing Head, Admin Head and Real Estate Developer Company

  • As the Sales and Maketing Head , I am in-charge on the Sales and Marketing operation of the company. I develop a sales strategy to achieve company’s sales goals and revenues. Analyzing market behavior and trends, orchestrate the sales process and sales forecast, ensures effective collaboration between departments, and contribute to the overall success and profitability of the organization. Prepares budget management for sales activities, allocate resources so as not to exceed budget constraints. My role is to meet the goals of the marketing and sales department by hiring, choosing, developing, and mentoring staff members.

 

  • As Administrative Head, I am responsible on the administrative operations of the company. I handle the Human Resources, government transactions, SEC Corporate compliances, legal matters and in charge on the coordination of department’s task and accomplishment to the office of the President. I am in-charge of developing, organizing, and implementing administrative workflows and procedures for the company. Collaborate with Finance department on the budgetary concerns and operation costs.
