As a recent graduate Business Administration student focuses on International Business and Human Resources, I am a self-driven, trilingual communication, astute and approachable persona offering me tools to build conversations with people. I find people great and I find joy in Human Resources career. I am enthusiastic about human behaviours, so I enjoy having conversations with people around and their interactions. It unveils their values, passions, aspirations and career. Communication is a means of social interaction that brings people altogether and sympathizes with their differences. Eventually, I can create a foundation of connections with other people. That is the reason I choose my career path as Human Resources. I am looking for job opportunities in the HR industry, which I not only can offer my assets to the work but also can leverage the skills through the time beings there. I have more than 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry and customer service through serving part-time. I worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront Vancouver in Summer 2019 giving me a chance to build my skills and knowledge such as Microsoft Office software, Outlook, communication, branding, organizing and planning as well as to learn new things like HRIS, administrative works and recruitment. I volunteered in a charity club from 2013-2016, I got myself used to other interesting tasks such as recruiting, interviewing, hosting, leading, marketing and conflict resolution.
