Have evolved with experience: • Of working under the direct supervision of Senior Architects & Civil Engineers, • Involvement in projects across various sectors like; Residential, Commercial, Institutional and Industrial, including Govt. projects. • Architectural Planning, Designing and also supervising projects (within purview). At present, I am working as an independent Architectural Designer, supported by associates who also work independently on contractual / part-time basis. Architectural Planning: • Floor Plans, • Architectural Plans (Site Layout with some conceptual Landscaping, if required), • Furniture Layout (Conceptual). Architectural Designing: • Elevation Designing. Work Remotely: • We request and seek various relevant information & references (including exclusive rules of the local authority applicable for the Project) from our client. Then, we work based on their requirement. • For Architects / Civil Engineers / Designers; We work as per Specific details received and the requirement from us. The terms & conditions are as per Project and Specific Work. Work including Physical on-site involvements (such as Site Visits & Supervisions): • This happens mainly for local projects. In addition to Architectural Designing, we can make arrangements for Civil Engineering Consultation and Construction, if those are required from us also.
