Before I started to work in a Customer Service field, I had my strong aim - always think like a customer and make sure customers get what they came for. I strive to build my reputation through customer satisfaction and by keeping open lines of communication with my workmates to know how best to work with them and what I can bring to the company. I believe you can achieve a success in a company by working as a team and building an atmosphere of positivity and strong support by helping or training your teammates. My experiences in Customer Service and Administration fields prepared me well to work as a supportive role in a professional and challenging environment, communicate effectively, deal with clients and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and retention. I'm also always willing to learn and help, capable of working under fast paced and high-pressured environment, never afraid of challenges and open for new opportunities!
