- Experienced Accountant with over 20 years of successful track in full-cycle accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, reconciling, process improvement, and cost accounting. - More than 10 years of hands-on experience of the preparation, timely distribution, and accuracy of a computerized payroll system in accordance to terms and conditions outlined in employment agreements, company policies, employment standards, and payroll compliance legislation. - Skilled in processing enrollments and changes and maintaining all documentation related to payroll and benefits administration. - Expert in generating reports, calculating remittances, responding to payroll inquiries, vacation and sick time accruals reconciliations and communicating closely with Human Resources to process employee information effectively. - Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and proposing new ways of creating efficiencies. - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed qualitative and quantitative performance expectations. - Displayed an alignment with and ability to display organizational core values of: accountability, communication, innovation, performance, relationship and spirit. - Strong interpersonal skills and capable of working effectively with internal and external employees and customers - Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to providing quality financial supports to ensure our clients and/or employee receive accurate and timely payments/paycheques. - A high degree of critical thinking, analytical and computer skills.
