Currently Associate Professor at a premiere Engineering Institute in Eastern India, I have recently joined CXsphere, a Canadian startup, as Head of AI/Research. Received the Young Scientist Award from Department of Science & Technology (Government of India) for carrying out a Machine Learning Project in 2007, and was among the top 750 students in India selected for a life-long fellowship by NCERT (Indian School's curriculum builder) in 1987. With a vivid experience in teaching and consulting on Machine Learning, Numerical Methods, Finite Element Analysis and Operations Research, I am working to integrate customer experience for business houses that will benefit both client and business sides optimally. My research interests include Metaheuristic Modelling with evolutionary algorithm (GA/GP), along with Feature Selection (Rough Set, PCA), Clustering (kNN) or Classification/Prediction (Fuzzy/Decision Tree/ANN) Involved in research consultancy for academic as well as industrial projects as a Freelancer Pro at Upwork.
