Responsible for managing labour daily. Ensuring food quality is to standard and proper procedures are being used. Placing orders using vendor price comparisons to ensure we are getting the best price for the best products. Working with those in prep and ensuring all of our dressings, sauces and other prep are consistent and taste/look as they should. Working online with the cooks in order to achieve great chit times. Oversee all food leaving the kitchen and inspecting it making sure it leaves the kitchen with our level of standard.

This calendar can be enabled or disabled at any time, but all the services that has been booked should be provided.
