When your mom has been cooking good dishes since I was very young, it gives you the passion to do this extraordinary job and to redo these dishes and improve them to serve them to people. It became a real passion for me and an art of living. Training in the land of gastronomy gave me the taste for travel and the discovery of the gastronomic world in different countries and I try to pass it on to others.
