Hello, My name is Rahul Kumar. I am staying in Kolkata (India) since last 8 years. I have completed my graduation in the year 2008 from Xaviers University. I have started my career from IBM call centre that helped me a lot to recognise my skills and will to grow faster. Since then, I have been working for International BPO's projects and with several foreign clients on their different different projects. I also help Call Centre starter with all its information and tools. My hobbies is to talk and that is my strength too. My weakness is I am a slow learner but It adds advantage to my strength and help me to become the best with my hard work.
