Closely working with Leadership team to define and drive high-impact business, growth and product initiatives. They help translate strategy into execution and achieve scale, efficiency and increased effectiveness. Partner with different Function heads on cross-functional projects to ensure strategic alignment of business goals and improve operational excellence to maximize efficiency and effectiveness crucial link between the functions and the leadership. Working on diverse set of problems and challenges - from monetisation strategy of new products; to work on growth initiatives to improve customer retention; to partner on go-to-market initiatives and overall sales strategy with Marketing and Sales.
