Combining my experiences as an ESL teacher with the knowledge of a dental assistant, I have been passionately and patiently improving the efficiency of delivering high-quality customer care & communications in a fast-paced specialty dental office. This experience has allowed me to hone my problem-solving, time management and diplomacy skills.
