When growing up, my favorite activity was playing basketball. Trying to score the ball in a competitive environment has taught me about dedication, coachability, and resiliency. To this day, I bring that mindset when working with stakeholders, helping them find practical solutions for present-day challenges. My passion for sales and service began with my internship at TUI Group (Touristik Union International). During this time, I developed a true love for building relationships with customers, running demos for more than 20 clients at a time, and enticing them to take advantage of our experiential product offerings. After this, I found myself promoting accommodation and entertainment services at top high-end and luxury organizations in North America such as Rocky Mountaineer, Marriott Hotels, and Gateway Casinos, leading the way with an 85-90% satisfaction rate in overall CX metrics. While sales and service are my passion, my mission is to help organizations streamline their processes and solve operational inefficiencies. To pursue my mission at scale, I am preparing to launch my career in SaaS, receiving additional training from Salesforce, SV academy, and Sales Hacker to complement my existing sales and service skills. In my free time, I like to keep myself in the loop on current trends, consuming a large number of podcasts and performing research on topics in business, economics, and behavioral science.
