An experienced customer service and sales operations professional. Excel at building relationships with customers and across organizations. Experienced in managing projects from kick-off through completion. Well versed in sales analytics, productivity, sales training, CRM maintenance and user support. Highly focused in creating and building more efficient sales processes, setting sales goals and objectives, managing and measuring from spiffs to attainment and delivering executive and board level reports and metrics. In order to deliver these results I've focused heavily on the user experience. Engaging with the entire sales and service organization to develop SOPS and training materials along with providing the training, change management and support for all new hires through the on-boarding process. My experience leading Customer Service departments and supporting the sales team as Inside Sales and Events Management has helped me become acutely aware of what drives these departments and how best to support and engage.
