Hi, I have been part of the corporate industry since 2005. I started my career as a customer support executive in Gurgaon. Later, I joined the accounts receivable team of an international publishing company in Kolkata. I have also worked as a tech support for a computer manufacturing company as well a back office support for a telecom company. I have also worked as a content writer on the erstwhile content writing website, Contentmart. Now, I want to continue my career as a freelancer. I am completely hands-on with the knowledge of various MS Office applications like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. I have knowledge of applications such as Helios and Oracle. I have been into reporting the daily and weekly performance reports for my team for more than 5 years. I have good knowledge of excel tools, formulas and shortcuts. I have good command over touch typing. I am at ease with the English language, both written as well as verbal.
