I have been working in the fields of Information Technology Enabled Services: Network Admin, System maintain and troubleshooting, VOIP, Server Management, Professional I.T Trainer for more than 3 years where I learned Interpersonal Skills, Team Work, I.T Knowledges. In my previous roles, I helped companies such as Semaphore Technolgies Pvt. Ltd., Damodar Velley Corporation-Maithon, IIIM Ltd., Vidini Technology Pvt. Ltd. in solving VOIP, Data, Network & Hardware, Server, OS, Software Utilities, System related issues to run business operation smoothly, trained under privileged people with I.T knowledge to be job ready. I also worked as a freelancer for more than 4 years as Hardware & Network Engineer and Private Tutor. I played an integral part of new initiatives, challenges, projects with my team and colleague. I completed Graduation from West Bengal University of Technology where I was awarded Bachelor of technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
