Hello! With nine years of customer service and four years of management experience, I learned quickly that I enjoyed working with and supporting people, and I wanted to make a large and direct impact on organizations. HR ended up feeling like the natural pick to progress a career in. I am a self-motivated, disciplined, and hard-working individual who obtained a diploma in Human Resources at one of the most intense but rewarding institutions, BCIT. The journey to obtaining my degree has taught me not only the true meaning of time management and team-player but also various aspects and skills to prepare me for the HR industry. I deeply care about helping organizations meet their objectives and strongly believe that humans are the largest asset any company has. Through that, it is in my core beliefs that employees must not only have the technical skills to succeed, but also the soft skills to match the competencies organizations require individuals to possess. I thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments and have a calm demeanour even through the most stressful of moments. I drive to only complete tasks with the highest of qualities. Aside from the technical aspects of who I am, I am also an incredibly empathetic and compassionate person. I care a lot about the people around me and always want to see people succeed and help them get to their personal goals.
