Tim is an award-winning Integrated Creative Director. Starting his career in design, Tim ran the design department at Ogilvy & Mather in London by age 25. He moved to the conceptual side of advertising as an Art Director, transforming Albion London from a digital agency to a full-service creative agency, and ultimately became an Integrated Creative Director, co-founding Albion’s first US office and, more recently, running the Creative Department at Phenomenon and leading the agency's most awarded work to date. His 16 year career has garnered huge industry recognition. Tim has won awards for numerous aspects of his work, from Cannes Lions for craft and innovation, to One Shows, Clios, Webbys and more for his multi-channel campaigns. Tim has worked with some of the biggest brands in the world, including American Express, Disney, adidas, Warner Bros. and Wilson Sporting Equipment as well as some of the most innovative, like eBay, Skype and Air New Zealand. Tim’s time in LA has afforded him to work among his biggest passion, entertainment. His credentials include 18 months working with Warner Brothers, across a huge slew of films, including Ready Player One, Blade Runner 2049, Tomb Raider and Ocean’s 8; he helped shape the future of AR for Disney across all of their properties, from Star Wars to ESPN (protected under NDA); he is currently repositioning the DC Entertainment brand; and launching their new streaming-and-much-more service, DC Universe. Tim has had a wealth of experience in current and emerging technologies. On top of the huge aforementioned project with Disney, he’s been behind a number of VR experiences for Warner Bros, and helped bring a variety of tech products to market, including the award-winning connected sports equipment from Wilson X.
