I have over 14 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. I have specialized in patisserie and bakery but also with extensive knowledge in fine dining, hotel, catering, cafe, butchery, charcuterie and wine. I’m currently one of the chefs of the most premier and busiest catering companies in Vancouver, consultant for four cafes and bakeries and co-owner of a charcuterie business. It has always been my passion to make world class food. This drive has brought me to various types of establishments and travels around the world. To feed the masses this quality but also in a sustainable, affordable, local, seasonal and playful way is my philosophy. I am very hard working with a deep passion and drive to accomplish many great things in my trade.
