I love planning and caught a spark of joy in commercial real estate property management, project management and leadership. Being a happy nonconformist, my dream was to be an archaeologist looking for historical clues in excavations, running osteoarchaeology analysis in the museum labs and lived an adventurous lifestyle. Life is unpredictable as it can be. I step a foot into property management with zero field knowledge (and I didn’t even know how to answer a phone call properly!). Since then, the role soon evolved in multi-directional amplitudes and define moments I can’t get enough of with so many knowledge bases to supplement every aspect of life experiences. I am a licensed property management professional with a specialty in the commercial sector. Apart from assisting regular day-to-day business, I manage the administration and status control of major preventative maintenance programs for 160+ properties under the Transpacific portfolio. The topics run in bulk procurement planning, scheduling and coordinating for Insurance appraisal, insurance renewal, roof inspection, fire inspection, waste removal contracts, elevator service contracts, and snow removal services. I perform a vendor liaison intending to provide peace of mind for our clients who selected Transpacific to manage their assets. In parallel with all the activities, I am continuing to integrate a project of property management software to bridge the daily requests of the tenant, vendor and property management aid with a digital twist. Outside of work, I am still the antiquity fanatic fascinated with ancient history, artifacts and civilization, enjoys reading, painting, photography, outdoor activities and personal growth. It is oddly satisfying that the level of curiosity helped blooming interests in project planning and the ability to run trend and statistical analysis for analytical thinking.
