I’ve always had a natural curiosity for people- how they grow, learn, and adapt, which brought me to HR. I am adept at enhancing the employee experience and developing positive workplace cultures. My 12 years of experience and tenure with ABG-MFL and Tesco, gave me complete exposure to different functions of HR.  Awarded by the Chairman Aditya Birla Group- Mr. K M Birla for establishing Retail HR, in 2010  Conducted Training sessions for HR officials - Ministry of Finance, Government of Afghanistan - Nov 2012  Certified PI Behavioral assessments  Certified SHRM professional  Certified POSH and DNI Trainer Passion, focus, intensity, inquisitiveness, curiosity, and being fiercely loyal are all characteristics that have enabled me to achieve success inside and outside of the workplace. Since I’ve always been a people person, you could say I’m living my own dream of doing what I love—Connecting, training, and bridging gaps. I believe that work ethic is a talent. My association with Skillhub Learning is more into establishing HR as strategic management in SMEs. No matter how you look at it, HR is the future, we are connecting with small businesses and startups who value their unique culture and wish to internalize that culture as an investment to their success. I believe that the strongest organizations are those in which employees feel connected – to each other and their work, so we at skill hub: a) Build that connection within small businesses, through designing their Hiring strategies, Competency Mapping, Behavioural Analysis, training, Structured Interviews workshops, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Designing policing, and build a foundation. b) Assist students/ professionals to have in-depth knowledge about Human resources as a science and art at the same time through different certified programs.
