I have been surrounded by leaders my whole life, which has impacted me greatly. Due to their influence, I have steered towards leadership roles and have done my best to lead by example wherever possible. With over 5 years of leadership experience during high school and as a recent graduate from the Sauder School of Business at UBC, I have gained an even deeper understanding of how we can make choices that will bring the greatest benefit for all. I believe no opinion or idea should be disregarded and that everyone should be treated fairly and equally. By bringing about these small changes we will be able to improve ourselves, our organization, and our communities.
