I am a highly motivated individual, interested in assisting companies meet their Information Technology needs. I started my career in IT as a Junior Help Desk technician working my way into my current position as a Network Administrator. i have assisted customers and clients of multiple experiences and seniority levels, dealing with all tiers of IT Help Desk and Networking Support. Using strong social and communication skills, i am able to interact with users of all levels to efficiently address their IT needs and resolve their work issues. I have been successful at all my previous work experiences, leaving with strong relationships with, not only my IT co-workers, but all staff throughout the company. I have a firm understanding of multiple IT infrastructures, including VMWare Virtual Environments, Storage Area Networks, Unified Communication and VoIP systems, and Microsoft Exchange and Windows Environments.
