Hi, I am Aljon Mejia living in the Philippines. I've been a Customer Service Representative for Khol's retail account based in the U.S.. Worked as Technical Support Representative for internet and phone for Comcast with sales experience. In addition, I've been as IT Helpdesk Support for Australian supermarket supporting software and hardware issues inside the supermarket and head office. Currently working as email support in Onsport for sports brand products assisting customer in returns, replacement, refund and general inquiries.
I am fully expert in web research, extracting email, Google, Bing, Yahoo, MS Office, Google Docs, and other related programs. Proficiency in Windows software in Word and Excel.
I am fast learner and willing to learn and undergo a training. I have excellent communication skills, experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software. Attention to detail and good in problem-solving skills.
