Brian Tipper Inc - accounting firm in Vancouver BC opened its doors on September 5, 2002 and since then has continued to grow its client base along with expanding its staff which now consists of three full time members, including another CPA, CA, Thoa Pattison who acts as manager. Thoa joined the firm in 2015 after working in the Yukon. She received her designation in December 2013.
