Hi, I'm Cherry Dell Laborte, I will be a productive employee in helping my client with their mission and vision, especially in achieving their goals. I am passionate about continuous learning and improvement. I graduated as a working student. I experienced paperwork tasks for the On-the-job training students, organized their documents, processed their Memorandum Agreement between other companies and CIT University using MS Word tool, and prepared slides for their orientations using MS PowerPoint. In Addition, I have also created a database using MS Excel for Alumni students' information and invited them to job recruitment programs available thru email or phone calls. I've been in the call center industry for 6 years as a consistent top-performing agent in different accounts, both technical support and customer service using Zendesk and CRM tools. In this field, I was able to experience handling supervisor calls, creating reports about daily call drivers, and monitoring the service level. I was also been a virtual assistant at a real estate company for 2 years. I am working on processing paperwork using CRM (Salesforce), e-mail, and their systems. I make phone calls and send SMS to follow up on the paperwork's completion. I am detail-oriented and focused on storing information in client lists via spreadsheet/MS Excel.
