The newest Filipino special-ties restaurant was recently opened in Surrey. JAV's Kaldero is named after the last names of the partners, including Juanima, Alba, and Veran. JAV’s Kaldero is the brainchild of three friends who wanted to serve authentic Filipino specialties to the Fil-Canadian population in Surrey. We are committed to sharing our love for food and cooking.
