Lonny has extensive experience with public companies, including working on initial public offerings and related regulatory filings with the US Securities and Exchange Commission and the BC Securities Commission. Lonny’s specialization is in providing services to Canadian and US public companies, but he also has significant experience in providing management consulting, accounting, assurance, and tax services to private businesses and individuals.
