Description

Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: Mainly Remote (Flexible Hours) with some in-person training and occasional in person meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
  • Handle bookkeeping duties such as invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients, ensuring clear and professional interactions.
  • Assist with various office tasks and projects as needed.
  • Support the team in learning about and adapting to new industry practices and tools.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of office processes and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or bookkeeping roles.
  • Proficiency in both Hindi and Punjabi is highly desirable but not mandatory
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Experience with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
