Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to excel in a fast-paced environment? Pulse Real Estate Group is looking for a talented Team Assistant who will also take on responsibilities as a Content and Social Media/Marketing Manager. This role is vital in supporting our dynamic team and delivering outstanding service to our clients.
What You’ll Do:
• Assist with scheduling, client communications, and transaction management.
• Handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth team operations.
• Create and manage content for social media platforms, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
• A self-starter with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication abilities and a positive attitude.
• Experience in social media management and content creation.
• Proficiency with office tools (e.g., Google Workspace, CRM software) and marketing platforms.
• Ability to perform basic computer tasks like converting PDFs, using Word, and creating marketing pieces in Canva or Photoshop.
