Job Overview
The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks, helping the CEO and team stay organized and efficient. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage emails, scheduling, and calendar coordination
- Handle client inquiries and correspondence professionally
- Assist with preparing press releases, reports, and presentations
- Maintain databases and update records as needed
- Organize virtual meetings and take meeting minutes
- Conduct research to support PR and media projects
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Light social media management (optional, based on need)
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Canva and Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Experience in PR, media, or marketing is a plus but not required
