Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Supervisor to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure that our services meet the highest standard. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and management, with the ability to analyze processes, implement improvements, and lead a team effectively. The candidate will ensure all sites meet client expectations and identify additional opportunities for service enhancement.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate quality control activities across all locations to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality management protocols.
  • Audit supervisors reports and recommendations
  • Train, mentor, and lead the quality control team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Develop and implement QA/QC procedures that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Address and resolve client complaints in a timely manner, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to generate additional work orders and upsell services where possible.
  • Ensure all cleaning staff adhere to safety protocols and company policies

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance roles preferably within a commercial cleaning or building services environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
  • Ability to handle client complaints and resolve issues effectively
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and valid drivers licence
