Audit Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced Technology Risk Manager to join our Risk Advisory Services team at lululemon. The ideal candidate will focus on managing technology-related risks, ensuring compliance with global regulations, and leading assurance and advisory projects to enhance our cybersecurity and IT resilience.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual Internal Audit planning process and conduct risk assessments in technology domains.
• Manage co-sourced audit partners for technology audits and evaluate the need for external resources.
• Lead assurance and advisory projects covering IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, secure software development, and privacy compliance.
• Identify and assess key risks in the technology domain and evaluate the effectiveness of associated controls.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Clearly communicate audit issues and recommendations to various levels within the technology organization, including up to VP.
• Provide management recommendations for control optimization and assess remediation plans.
• Actively participate in key working groups and steering committee meetings, contributing to incident response strategies.
• Review the impact of cyber events on the control environment and IT compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in technology auditing, GRC operations, cybersecurity, IT compliance, or IT risk management.
• Solid understanding of technology frameworks (e.g., CIS, NIST, COBIT, ISO) and the COSO Integrated Framework for Internal Controls.
• Proficient in data analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI, SQL queries).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; critical thinking and adaptability in ambiguous situations.
• Detail-oriented with effective time management and the ability to influence leaders to enhance the control environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting with IS concentration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (CISA, CIA, CPA, CISSP, etc.) are strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits Package
The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500 to $135,900 CAD annually. The base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
