Italian inspired café Ciclo Espresso is currently seeking a Café Regional Manager to be part of a dynamic, growing business with lots of opportunity to make an impact. The ideal candidate loves creating exceptional guest experiences, a great cup of coffee, and leading a team to peak performance.

Responsibilities

• Professional and Personable: is an expert in their field.
• Excellent, well- spoken communicator effectively communicate with guests, managers, and other members of the team.
• Oversee all aspects of café operations for three locations, managing operations, ordering supplies, maintaining cleanliness, tracking finances, and scheduling.
• Must be familiar with Tock and Squirrel systems
• Must have Flexibility/Adaptability: adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions.
• Ability to thrive with new challenges and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time

Requirements

• At least 2 + years of previous Management experience preparing coffee and food in a similar hospitality environment managing multiple locations.
• Professional appearance and excellent communications skills.
• Punctual and reliable team player with superior interpersonal skills.
