Description
Revere Physiotherapy a top rated physiotherapy clinic servicing the Vancouver area. Our goal is to deliver consistent high-quality care that will make an impact in our patients’ lives. We are looking for a motivated, business-minded, and clinically strong individuals to be part of our quickly growing team.
We have two clinics with one located on kingsway and slocan and another on main and 49th. We are looking for a receptionist/administrative assistant to join our team and is willing to be at either/both locations.
In this role, you will need to work independently to carry out the day-to-day operations of the clinic. These tasks will include, but are not limited to:
A. Patient Experience
- Welcome, assist, and interact with patients
- Managing communication between the clients and the clinic/clinicians
- Maintain an organized workspace – physically and electronically
- Manage appointments, billings, and collection
B. Clinic Space
- Ensure the outside of the clinic (i.e. parking, walkway, front door, sandwich board) is organized, clean, and unobstructed
- Report any issues with the physical space of the clinic
- Maintain a presentable front desk and patient waiting area including ensuring they are clean, organized, and follow brand guidelines
- Assist with keeping treatment space, rooms and exercise area clean
- Products are stocked, organized, and follows brand guidelines
- Sorting, washing, and folding linens
C. Operations
- Complete start of day and end of day checklist
- Deliver and ensure a high quality patient experience
- Email management and walk-in procedure
- Track coverage for insurance claims.
- Suggest improvements and escalate any operational issues to the team
- Assist in organizing meetings with referral sources
- Assist in building the brand through social media
- Assist in marketing for the clinic and therapists
A second language is an asset, but not required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 – 35 per week
