We are on the lookout for talented customer service and sales professionals to be a part of our dynamic crew! Our new Client Service Representative will lead from the front with authenticity, empathy, and integrity in all customer interactions, ensuring that every connection made is built to last!

The Client Service Representative will:

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills to interact effectively with all existing and potential customers in a professional and pleasant manner
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by actively listening and proactively supporting their inquiries regarding products and services
  • Handle challenging customer interactions with compassion and a solution-oriented approach
  • Stay engaged in the sales process by identifying opportunities, understanding customer motivations, and overcoming objections
  • Monitor order status, oversee product/service installation, and execute contracts per company policies to ensure successful sales
  • Stay informed on the latest products and promotions by attending daily and weekly meetings, and provide valuable insights to improve the customer experience
  • Excel proficiently in both team and independent settings taking initiative and working efficiently with minimal direction

The Client Service Representative is someone who:

  • Highly skilled in creative problem-solving and adapting quickly to changing priorities and customer needs
  • Has proven ability to build strong rapport with new customers, effectively upsell products, and consistently improve sales margins
  • Has a proven track record of successful conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrates ability to accomplish objectives during challenging customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Punctual and efficient with time management, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Expert in email management and CRM systems to optimize customer communication
  • Can build and nurture long-lasting and meaningful relationships with clients, resulting in repeat business and referrals

The Client Service Representative requirements:

  • Must have Full-time availability
  • Diploma/Degree in Communications, Business, Advertising, and/or Sales is preferred
  • Must be willing to travel to our new Vancouver office - our second office in BC! It is located here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/LiMJyfRhwAq9Nves6
  • Although not required, previous experience in customer service, customer support and/or sales positions is considered an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $39,900.00-$45,900.00 per year
